Chia and Flax Seed Pudding

This creamy and delicious chia and flax seed pudding is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It’s a perfect breakfast or snack option that’s easy to make and can be customized with your favorite toppings.

Chia and Flax Seed Pudding

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp flax seeds ground

1.5 cups dairy-free milk unsweetened

2 scoops protein powder vanilla or chocolate

2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar, more or less depending on preference

1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

 

Instructions

  1. Blend protein powder and milk until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 2 separate jars.
  3. To each jar, add 1.5 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (such as maple syrup or agave nectar) and 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional). 
  4. Mix until well combined. Add more sweetener if needed.
  5. Top with any fruits of your choice such as berries, bananas or nut butter.
  6. Let the pudding sit in the fridge overnight or for at least a few hours to allow the chia and flax seeds to thicken and create a pudding-like consistency. 
  7. This can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 1 week
