This creamy and delicious chia and flax seed pudding is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It’s a perfect breakfast or snack option that’s easy to make and can be customized with your favorite toppings.
Chia and Flax Seed Pudding

Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds ground
1.5 cups dairy-free milk unsweetened
2 scoops protein powder vanilla or chocolate
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar, more or less depending on preference
1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Blend protein powder and milk until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 2 separate jars.
- To each jar, add 1.5 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (such as maple syrup or agave nectar) and 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional).
- Mix until well combined. Add more sweetener if needed.
- Top with any fruits of your choice such as berries, bananas or nut butter.
- Let the pudding sit in the fridge overnight or for at least a few hours to allow the chia and flax seeds to thicken and create a pudding-like consistency.
- This can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 1 week
