Spicy Tuna and Avocado Salad Bowls

Ingredients:
- 2 cans (170g each) tuna in water, drained
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Prepare the bowls by dividing cooked brown rice among four meal prep containers.
