Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, toss chickpeas with paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, until crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
