Jalapeno Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:

- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped fresh coriander
- 1 Sliced green chili
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 5-6 Sliced pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red chili
- Olper’s Cheddar Cheese (as required)
- Olper’s Mozzarella Cheese (as required)
Preparing the Jalapeno Cheese Omelette
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, black pepper, and pink salt.
- Heat cooking oil and butter in a frying pan until the butter melts.
- Sauté fresh coriander, green chilli, dried oregano, and pickled jalapenos in the melted butter.
- Add crushed red chilli and stir to combine.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook over low heat until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency (about 3-4 minutes).
- Gently roll up the scrambled eggs and serve with toasted bread.
