Honey Garlic Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles

This dish is a perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors. The tender shrimp and zucchini noodles are coated in a delicious honey garlic sauce, making it a healthy and satisfying meal.

Honey Garlic Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles

Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

500g shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Add shrimp, tossing to coat.
  2. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through. 
  5. Remove shrimp from the skillet.
  6. In the same skillet, add zucchini noodles, cooking for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  7. Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing to combine with zucchini noodles.
  8. Let the shrimp and zucchini noodles cool to room temperature. 
  9. Divide into meal prep containers and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
