Greek Yogurt and Berry Parfait

Greek Yogurt and Berry Parfait

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Spread ½ cup of yogurt onto the bottom of two glasses or small bowls.
  2. Top with ¼ cup granola.
  3. Followed by 1 tablespoon honey and ¼ cup mixed berries. Repeat with the second layer in each glass.
  4. Finish it with a drizzle of honey and some berries.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
