Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit for topping (e.g., mango, berries)

Chia Seed Pudding Cooking Instructions

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. 
  2. Mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture in 2 separate bowls and cover them.
  4. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  6. Take them out of the refrigerator and mix. 
  7. Top with any seasonal fresh fruits or nuts (optional).
  8. Enjoy chilled!.
