Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into squares
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
