Ek bade piyale min, bana hawa gaye ka gosht, mala hawa ajza, namk, garm masalah, laal march, kali march, laal march ke filex, gosht ka tindriser powder, or khshak dhaniya mala din.

Marhalah 3: Kababon Ko Shakl Din or Bhonin

Apane hathon ko gila karin or kabab ke aameze ko sekh (sekh) ki shakl din. Ek gehri kadahi min darmiyani aanch par til garm karin.
Kababon ko goldin baroun hone tak dep fari karin or achi tarah pak jain, har taraf taqriban 1 mant. khana pakane ko yaqeeni banane ke liye ddhakn dhanp din.
