1 gulas pani min dalin or taqriban 30 sicand tak dubarah balind karin. aap pani ki muqadar ko is bat par manehsr kar sakte hen kah aap apane jos ko ktana gadha yaa halka pasand karte hen.

Ek gulas min aam ka ras dalin. aap ise jisa hay pesh kar sakte hen yaa anthi hamwar sakht ke liye ise chhan sakte hen. taazgi bakhshne ke liye aam yaa pudine ke paton ke takde se garnash karin. thanda or taazah hone par foran saro karin.
